My First ever Yoga video



This 54 mins Yoga routine contains the full yoga workout in sequential order. For example the beginning pre-warm up phase where there are a series of breathing in and out steps followed by warmup stretches followed by more difficult stretches. The names of the asanas are not described, but if you simply follow the steps with controlled breathing, you are guaranteed to get the benefits you would otherwise get.  The background music is ocean sound. Enjoy....
